✨ Important Address Note

The Villages spans several postal zones, so addresses may show Wildwood, Okahumpka, Sumterville, or Lady Lake, but this home is fully located inside The Villages® community and includes full access to all amenities.
No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Cats not allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
