Two holiday apartments next to each other, with a high level of comfort for a relaxing holiday with day trips to the sandy beach
These are two well-maintained holiday apartments with modern furnishing, meeting high standards for a comfortable holiday. Both apartments are next to each other as an annex behind a former school, in a very quiet location without any through traffic worth mentioning. It is in a hilly landscape, central on the Schwansen peninsula. The location is ideal for trips in the area, especially the nearby Schlei or the Baltic Sea.
Both holiday apartments are classified as three-star by the DTV and can each welcome up to four people in two bedrooms. They are furnished comfortably to a high standard and exude a sense of well-being with the tasteful choice of interior. The apartments are of an identical standard, with only minimal differences in décor. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a living room-kitchen with a cosy lounge. They can be booked in combination for a family holiday for two acquainted families or extended family, or for a group of friends, or else booked individually. Both apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Each apartment has its own terrace with a big parasol, a table and four chairs for meals together outdoors. The terrace is fenced and secured by a gate, therefore suitable for children. There is a shared grill area with a grill set. There is storage space for bicycles, also with a bookshelf with information brochures about trip destinations in the area. There is a car parking space by the building. Children will enjoy the playground next to the site with a sandpit, slide, swings, seesaw, bench and table tennis table. There is also a big lawn with football goals.
There are cafés and restaurants 500 metres away awaiting your visit. The nearest shopping facilities are 4km away. The Schlei and the Baltic Sea are 6km away and therefore easy to get to by car or on a cycle tour.
This ground-level holiday apartment is mostly suitable for persons with restricted mobility (larger threshold, ca. ½ step, between the living room and the hallway). It is ideal for all age groups and provides around 73m² of living space, comprising two double bedrooms, a spacious daylight bathroom, a hallway with cloakroom space, and a main living, dining and cooking room. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, as well as a five-door wardrobe with ample storage space for your luggage. Two large windows allow plenty of daylight in and afford a view of the green surroundings before going to sleep and when waking up. The second bedroom has two single beds and is therefore ideal for children, although they can also be joined together as a double bed. There is a bedside table with a reading lamp, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. This room also has a wardrobe. A child’s bed can be booked in addition for a fee. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room-kitchen, with a fully-equipped kitchen space with modern appliances for comprehensive self-catering, as well a dining space and a cosy lounge. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob, a cooker hood and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave. Four guests can sit at the dining table. You can relax in the cosy living room area on the comfortable leather sofa and two leather armchairs after a day trip. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a stereo system provide entertainment. The bathroom has a walk-in, glazed shower cubicle, a window, a washbasin, a WC, a cosmetics mirror and a hairdryer. All the windows are fitted with insect screens, for undisturbed nights.
