Inside the flat, which was built in 2000 and measures approximately 45 square metres, guests will find everything they need for a comfortable stay. The clever layout, with living and sleeping areas on two levels, offers plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Two guests can sleep in the living room downstairs, while the separate bedroom upstairs offers space for three more people. The interior is complemented by a practically equipped mini-kitchen including a fridge, hotplates and a selection of kitchen utensils. A coffee machine and kettle are also available to sweeten your morning routine. A bathroom with shower and WC and the provision of bed linen and towels are also included as standard.

The outdoor area invites you to linger: Enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside from the balcony or terrace. Both offer a pleasant place for morning coffee rituals or relaxing hours with a good book.
