This simply furnished vacation apartment for up to 5 people is located on the second floor of the owner's house on the approx. 1,200 m² residential property in a beautiful village and forest location in Neuhermsdorf, directly on the cross-country ski trail. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby.

Access is via a separate staircase. The approx. 55 m², centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a living room (couch, armchair, satellite TV, radio), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and single bed, 1 x double bed), a kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a parking lot, bicycle storage, free W-LAN, a children's playground and a lawn in the garden with seating and play facilities.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Hermsdorf with its district Neuhermsdorf is a recognized resort in the Osterzgebirge and is located at an altitude of 800 m in the middle of one of the most beautiful landscape areas of Saxony. The densely wooded area with numerous hiking and cycling trails, well-developed cross-country skiing trails and a 750 m long downhill slope with ski lift make Hermsdorf a popular vacation resort in both summer and winter. The village has shopping facilities, several restaurants, a farm golf course and bike and ski rental stations. A snow sculpture competition takes place every year.

Thanks to its central location between Dresden (approx. 45 km), the Saxon Switzerland landscape conservation area (Königsstein Fortress approx. 50 km), the traditional wood and toy region of the Westerzgebirge (Seiffen approx. 25 km) and the proximity to the neighboring Czech Republic (approx. 3 km), there are many worthwhile excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
