About this property

Golden Moments - Downtown Condo

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, stylish condo. The condo is located a short walk from all Golden has to offer. The building boasts a great coffee shop, is located next to the Whitetooth Brewery and sits right next to the river path. Golden is located in the middle of a number of National Parks, and offers guests world worldclass golf, skiing, hiking and a multitude of other activities for you to curate your perfect vacation.

The third floor property is perfectly furnished and equipped to offer guests everything they need for their vacation and a `home away from home` experience.

Guests have access to the whole condo, with the exception of a locked store room off the hallway.

I do not live on site and communicate predominately through the app.

The condo is located on the edge of the downtown core, between the Whitetooth Brewery and the Kicking Horse River

There is no transit in Golden and the taxi service is limited. A vehicle is highly recommended

Allocated parking is provided at the rear of the building. Parking for one vehicle is in Stall 309, additional parking is on the street opposite the front of the building.
Storage for outdoor equipment is provided in a locked storage area in the parking area.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and right next door to whitetooth brewery. Perfect for grabbing a beer after hiking. Kitchen has everything essential. Bed was comfortable and a great shower. Would definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as described. Bright, clean with everything we needed to prepare meals because we enjoy cooking and having the right tools is important. We ate most meals on the patio with views of the mountains and river. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Great location too!

The condo unit was spotless, comfy and located in just the right place. The bed was amazing. So many times the beds are too soft or too har., This one was perfect after all day hiking! I highly recommend this unit!

Perfect location for adventure

This cozy, very clean and brand new condo was a perfect place to rest and refuel in between hikes in nearby National Parks. It was also in a great location to walk to restaurants, the brewery and coffee shops. Very convenient to get to the ski hill too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Golden

We really enjoyed the condo. It's new, clean, and very well equipped. The heated bathroom floor is fantastic. The location is great, walking distance to the river, Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge, a great breakfast spot (Ethos Cafe), a grocery store, and downtown Golden. The hosts were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries.

A perfect quiet vacation!

What a wonderful location! steps from the kicking horse river trail, allowing easy walking access to downtown. The check in was painless and fast. The condo was very clean and perfect with everything you need for a home away from home. The storage locker was a great surprise being able to leave our bikes at ground level. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

A brand new condo with a balcony that has a great view of the mountains and river. Walking distance to everything in Golden and the best brewery is a block away. Golden is a wonderful little town with access to the Kicking Horse mountain ski resort, Lake Louise and Banff without all of the hectic traffic and commercialization.

Sweet Mountain Property

Super clean, cozy and comfortable! We’ll appointed unit in a perfect location in close proximity to the trail along the Kicking Horse River, Whitetooth Brewing, Ethos Coffee Shop and so much more. The storage unit was a fabulous perk that we utilized to store our bikes and hiking gear for easy access.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable summer stay. It was not as restful as we would have liked because of the construction outside the back of the condo. However it was a great location and it would be good in the winter for skiing.

Nice new condo with great location

Nice new, clean condo with an easy checkin process. Mountain sunrise view from the bedroom. Right beside a great cafe with good coffee and food. Half block from the brewery. 2 minute walk to downtown restaurants along riverside trail. Quick access to Kicking Horse Mountain Road. Can’t be a better location in town. Cassandra, the host, was easy to communicate with and the condo is sparkling and well equipped.
