The 245 m² bright, well-maintained villa with a screened in patio and a private pool is all yours. The cosy living room is great for relaxing, reading and more. A large 42 inch cable television and a complete home cinema including an iPod adapter offers entertainment. LAN and W-LAN are available. There is even a laptop for our guests only. You can even receive German PayTV and watch the German Bundesliga. The adjacent kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances, including a fridge with a freezer and ice maker, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink with a garbage disposal, cutlery and appliances. There are four bedrooms. The Palm Suite offers a double bed, a walk in closet, cable television and a large en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a double sink, a large shower and a toilet. The Manatee bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a walk in closet. The Dolphin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be combined to a double bed and a walk in closet. The Manatee and the Dolphin bedroom are separated from the living room by a door. Then there is another bathroom with a shower tub and a toilet. Then there are the Shamu bedroom and an additional guest toilet. Of course, all bedrooms are furnished with bedding and the bathrooms are stocked with towels.

The modern villa sits on a large property with tropical plants, palm trees and bushes. The (solar heated) pool is surrounded by garden furniture. A screen protects you from mosquitos. Enjoy a relaxing holiday here. The garden is surrounded by a two meter fence, giving you absolute privacy. Enjoy the peace and quiet here.

The owners live locally and are available should any questions arise.

It is five minutes to Anna-Maria-Island and 15 minutes to Longboat Key, with its beautiful white sandy beaches. It is 300 meters to grocery stores, a pharmacy, the post office and a bank. A small shopping center and medical care can also be foudn nearby. Several golf courses can be found in the vicinity. Boat and jet ski rental is also available. It is 60 minutes to Bush gardens, two hours to Orlando (Disney Worls, Sea World, etc.) or Cape Canaveral. It is 25 minutes to Bradenton/Sarasota airport and 60 minutes to Tampa. It is two hours to Fort Myers and 3.5 hours to Miami airport.
