Newly renovated luxury mountain home just off Ski Hill Road! Not your typical mountain decor as this home features Arhaus and Pottery Barn furnishings. Enjoy the 75" UHD TV and B&W sound system. Big open gourmet kitchen, main floor master suite, 24 foot ceilings and awesome patio space. 2 car garage along with driveway parking. 5 car max, no street parking allowed. Located on half an acre, you will enjoy the serenity of the location while just a mile to the base area of peak 7 and peak 8!
The space Our home should feel like your visiting a friend, because you are! It is our second home we enjoy ourselves, and we have left almost everything we use ourselves for your use as well. We love walking the neighborhood and enjoying the spectacular views!
Guest access The entire home is for your use, except for one of the closets in the master bedroom, the pantry, and a few drawers in the bathroom.
Other things to note Be aware that we are in a national forest and there is wildlife such as moose, elk, fox, and coyotes in the area. We have a 50 gallon water heater, but if you have a large group it may be necessary to space out showers or bathing to avoid running out. We are looking into a second tank or tankless soon to alleviate any issues. Thanks for understanding.
