Just beyond Rocky Point, this luxury home offers comfort, style, and tranquility surrounded by natural beauty—perfect for both a quick beach escape or an extended, relaxing stay.

Guests currently enjoy access to the amenities at Encántame Soleil. Please note that the resort is still under construction; however, it is open and features a swimming pool, pool bar, jacuzzi, and lazy river. While Casa Especial does not offer direct beach access, guests may access the beach through Encántame Soleil. CHECK IN IS AT SOLEIL FRONT DESK

Casa Especial delivers a complete luxury home experience and is fully wheelchair accessible, thoughtfully designed with enhanced accessibility features for added comfort and convenience. The home includes wide doorways, zero-threshold entryways, accessible vanities, and roll-in showers. A private elevator provides easy access between both levels of the home, making it ideal for guests requiring mobility-friendly accommodations.

The main level features a two-car garage, a spacious entry foyer, a half bathroom, and a comfortable main den with a large sofa, TV, bar area with a wine fridge, and a large table—ideal for gathering. This level also opens to a large outdoor patio with a BBQ area and fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Upstairs, guests will find a second living area, a large dining table seating eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with a custom island. The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms on this level, including two bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with two queen beds. The primary bedroom features two walk-in closets and a private balcony, with an additional balcony accessible from the upstairs living area.
