You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.

We absolutely loved this place. The unit was clean and nice when we walked in, just like the pictures. The air conditioner worked great for the whole unit and was so nice after our days at the beach. The location was great for beaches and activities, and we were even a 10-15 min trail walk to shipwreck beach. It had beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and cooler for the beach. And the kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. It was so comfortable for our family of four and we even got a couple beautiful sunsets from the lawn right outside our unit. Communication was easy, clear, and parking was easy to find right outside the unit. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of the most beautiful condos we’ve ever stayed at while on vacation. While the overall condo building and grounds are a little bit dated, when you step inside this unit, you are blown away by how beautiful it is - the professional interior design, the layout, the high quality of the furniture, bathrooms, window treatments, home goods, appliances, linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, dishes, cookware, etc. Everything is top-notch and so well thought out. The unit also included a washer, dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and collapsible cooler which made beach days is very convenient.There were a lot of wonderful touches, including a welcome basket filled with local treats, that that celebrated our son’s graduation with a handwritten note. The management company was excellent. They checked in regularly and was very open to input and feedback. They addressed any concerns or questions immediately. The location was fantastic. The property is adjacent to a public coastal walk that leads to the public beach past the Grand Hyatt Hotel. It was also a short walk to Brenneke Beach offering great swimming and lots of sea turtles. The pool area includes a large hot tub that made for a great meeting location for the many tenants. There are lounge chairs along the edge of the property with great views of the sunset. It was a perfect rental for our family of 4 with ample of space for everyone. We can’t wait to return!
