All 6 bedrooms and full bath are on the downstairs-main floor so tuckered out children and party poopers can rest easy......while the entertainment continues upstairs on the second floor 'open layout', prepared with a Wet Bar & Ice Maker, full equipped kitchen, dining area, full bath, huge living room and (2) sliding glass door ways that bring you to the large outdoor deck that overlooks the moonlit ocean by night and rolling waves by day.
The fully enclosed Outdoor shower is on the lower deck.
We provide bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks and a paddle board to say the least!

The total package!

This house has it all! Location, amenities, friendly/helpful owner! After renting in Kismet for over a decade we were beyond impressed with this home! Everything you need is provided! Towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, bikes, boogie boards, SUP, kayak, ice machine...even shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers in every bathroom! Just bring yourselves, relax and enjoy!

Perfect Stay

This house was clean, fully stocked with essentials and beach gear and the proximity to the beach was so convenient. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach getaway

This property has amazing location right in the beach. We comfortably fit 16 adults and enjoyed all the kitchen amenities. This is a perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway. The beaches never got too busy. Overall a very peaceful and beautiful experience.
