The newly renovated house in a quiet location comprises three holiday apartments on three floors. The house is centrally located in Bad Hofgastein and has seven private parking spaces.
The apartment is on the second floor of the house and measures around 50m². It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a lovely dining space, a modern bathroom and a balcony. The living room provides a nice suite, which can be pulled out as a double bed (180cm wide), and a big flatscreen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and everything else you need. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a valet stand, a flatscreen TV and a desk. The bathroom is modern, with a big barrier-free shower and a hairdryer. International cable TV and Wi-Fi are free.
The apartment has a lovely balcony with seating and a grandiose view of the mountain world. Seen private parking spaces are available. In the garden you can find a lovely arbour with seating, a grill area, sun loungers and a big trampoline. There is a lockable garage for bicycles and motorbikes. In winter we offer a big ski storage room and a drying room for clothing and ski boots. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
We are a premium partner of the Alpentherme Gastein, therefore our guests enjoy free entry throughout their stay at our house. Our house is child-friendly and also suitable for families with a dog.
Right in front of the house there is a ski and city bus stop. The centre of Bad Hofgastein is only 400 metres away and it is just 500 metres to the Schlossalmbahn and 600 metres to the Alpentherme. You can find shops (Hofer, Spar) 300 metres away and restaurants, cafes and bars just 150 metres away. Griespark is right opposite and there is a large natural meadow 50 metres away.
