The bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin.
From the living room, a glass door grants access to the furnished balcony. Additionally, there is a sun terrace with mountain and ocean views. In front of the apartment building is a community pool (25 x 10 meters) with an outdoor shower. In front of the pool, there is an area with sun loungers and sun shades.
The apartment does not have internet access, but internet cafes can be found nearby. There is also a washing machine.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and public transport can be found in a 100 meter diameter. Bus 100 services the entire French Riviera from Nice to Cannes at a reasonable price. We highly recommend taking some day trips. The beach is only 100 meters from the apartment. A laundromat can be found 400 meters from the property.
