Vue magnifique sur menton et la Méditerranée et résidence très calme

Appartement tout confort et très bien équipé , frais l'été car il est traversant, les deux couchages sont en 160 et c'est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous ont très bien accueillis.

Annulation pour chute escalier 2 jours avant départ

Chute escalier : nous sortons de la règle traditionnelle de remboursement. On me propose de tel pour faire de la triangulation tel ! J estime que nous sommes confrontés à un cas de force majeure ! Vous devriez être assuré pour les cas de force majeure et vous devez assumer la fonction de médiation entre les 2 parties. Je suis donc plus que déçu de la propriétaire qui fait la sourde oreille ainsi que de vos services qui ne servent qu à prendre des nouvelles et à réaliser des palabres inutiles. Un peu d efficacité dans les cas exceptionnels SVP. CFLORIN

Menton 2 au 9 septembre 2023

Le plus de cette location : la vue sur la baie de Menton et Cap Ferrat, le quartier relativement calme et tranquille. Par contre, çà se mérite car l'accès par la rue des acacias est assez délicat : rue étroite en pente et dévers avec en particulier, 3 virages en épingle pas du tout faciles. Location tout à fait correcte même si quelques améliorations pourraient être faites : fonctionnement serrure porte d'entrée, store extérieur, volets balcon, couverts limités ... Le moins, le différend entre le contrat et le propriétaire : -"linge de maison et serviettes fournies" , sur le contrat, refus du propriétaire, - nettoyage inclus dans le contrat et le prix, propriétaire demandant de laisser propre le lognement Donc,attenrion au contrat !

Vorsicht Abzocke!!

Keine genaue Adressenmitteilung, Vermieterin war nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort, Lage oberhalb der Stadt mit einer sehr engen Zufahrtsstraße mit vielen engen Kurven, nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, 60,00 EUR für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ohne Vorankündigung verlangt, nach der Rückkehr 149,00 EUR ohne Angabe von Gründen und Rechnungen von Konto abgebucht, Few-direkt gibt keine Auskunft über Grund, Rechnung trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage, nur Verweis auf AGB (Kaution)!! das sind betrügerische Machenschaften!

Eine ruhige Lage über den Dächern der Stadt

Eine saubere, ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung, die bereits beim ersten Betreten einen positiven Eindruck hinterlässt. Da sowohl im Schlafraum als auch im Bad großzügig Stauraum in Form von Schränken vorhanden war, konnten wir uns binnen weniger Minuten häuslich und gemütlich einrichten und vom Balkon den Blick über Menton und das Meer genießen. Es fiel meiner Frau und mir leicht, über kleine Schönheitsmängel, die unsere Vermieterin nicht zu verantworten hatte, lächelnd hinwegzublicken. Bewusst schreibe ich diese Bewertung erst nach 2 Wochen nach meiner Abreise, aber heute bin ich mir einmal mehr sicher, dass ich diese Unterkunft auch künftig und gerne auch für einen längeren Zeitraum als nur 10 Tage mieten werde. Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Nach Kurvenreicher Anfahrt, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Altstadt von Menton ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten ausgerichtet und sehr ruhig. Gerne kommen wir wieder in diese Wohnung.

Schöne einfache Wohnung mit prächtiger Aussicht

Abenteuerliche Auffahrt mit Haarnadelkurven zum Wohnblock, mit grossem Fahrzeug nur schwer zu bewältigen. Ruhige Lage, da am Ende der Zufahrtsstrasse gelegen. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur City einerseits und ebenso zur Altstadt.

Nous avons passé 8 jours à Menton et avons été très bien accueilli par Carine, la propriétaire. L'appartement est très bien situé, on y trouve tout ce dont nous avons besoin. La vue est juste parfaite ! La literie est impeccable, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Clément.

appartement médiocre

La cuisine et la chambre donnent l'impression d’être dans une cave,en effet un mur à distance d'1m50 fait face à la fenêtre, Lumière artificielle obligatoire. Le point positif la salle vue sur mer. Le 1er jour,nous sommes arrivés à 16h et malgré nos appels en semaine et le jour même à la proprio, nous devions attendre 18h30 pour avoir les clés car elle travaillait sur Monaco!!! Accès difficile de la gare à l'appartement car le dénivelé est hyper important, asthmatique s'abstenir!!!. A part 2 jours sans eau chaude par grosse chaleur, nous n'avons pas eu d'autres problèmes.. Mais à part ça comme dit la chanson, TOUT VA TRÈS BIEN, MADAME LA MARQUISE. Et à noter avec le forfait ménage,vous devez laver le linge pour les prochains locataires...
