Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung und doch nah an der Promenade und zum Städtchen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zum Strand inkl. Strandkorb genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Als ich die Wohnung gebucht habe, war ich ehrlich gesagt schon ein wenig skeptisch. Halb

Als ich die Wohnung gebucht habe, war ich ehrlich gesagt schon ein wenig skeptisch. Halb Souterrain, keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Wie wird das wohl sein? Aber alle meine Bedenken wurden nach dem Einzug ziemlich schnell zerstreut. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist am Sandwall 60 bestens aufgehoben. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mir hat es jedenfalls an nichts gefehlt. Balkon oder Terrasse habe ich auch nicht vermisst. Nach ein paar Schritten aus der Wohnung ist man auf der Strandpromenade, wo man eine der vielen Bänke oder den zu der Wohnung gehörigen Strandkorb nutzen kann. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag von einem Fußgänger mit Gepäck: Die Klinke außen an der Wohnungstür gegen einen Knauf auswechseln. Dann könnten am Abreisetag die Wohnungsschlüssel in der Wohnung verbleiben und müssten nicht extra im Büro abgegeben werden. So würde den oben genannten Fußgängern wenigstens am Abreisetag der kleine Umweg über die Büroadresse erspart bleiben.

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche topp. Leider gab es nur noch ein Weinglas, aber dafür viele Wassergläser. ;) Besonders praktisch ist der Waschtrockner und ein tolles Plus der Strandkorb am Strand (2 Gehminuten entfernt). Ein toller Service und Nette Mitarbeiter von Kaya vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber. Möbel sehr bequem und insgesamt Seniorengerecht. Tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Nur der Fernseher mit Reciever ist sehr kompliziert in der Bedienung. Nach 2x Hilfeleistung durch Kaya-Touristik haben wir aufgegeben.
