Der Garten ist etwas klein und durch den Kiesplatz davor etwas laut (vor allem wenn Autos ankommen oder wegfahren). Von der Lage und der Ruhe her sind die Wohnungen im Hinterhaus (15b) besser.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Fernseher ausgetauscht werden muss. Der Fernseher wurde auch am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zentrumsnah und 2. Reihe. Wir haben sofort für 2023 wieder gebucht. Der Kaya-Service ist ebenfalls super.
