The house is in Moscenicka Draga at the entrance to the village, on the road between Opatija and Pula. Moscenicka Draga is a little fishing village in Kvarner Bay with about 1700 inhabitants.

In the living room there are extra beds for three persons (double stretch sofa and stretch armchair). Living room and dining room consists of a single space, while the kitchen area is separated. It is equipped with a washing machine.

It consists of a bedroom with one double bed and one supplementary bed, as well as two supplementary beds in the living room, which also has a dining table with chairs.
