This fabulous recreational vehicle offers a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a twin mattress on the floor and the couch is comfy for that extra person in the living room. .Perfect for a small group or family. Guests enjoy a nice, comfortable space with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. The bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby, this superb spot provides a welcoming base for your getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.The mountains are calling!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the key to the lockbox.
If left excessively dirty you may be charged an extra $100.
The trash is picked up at 10:00 am and 3 pm . Please hang on the shepherd’s hook.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Always cover the furniture for your pet to lay on. Including new recliners. Put in tub before leaving for home.

My husband and I live in Bristol Tenn. A 2 hour trip to get to our getaway. We’ve always loved the Smokies. I grew up as a child going to Sevierville to see my grandmother. My dad was born and raised there.
I love hosting. It gives me the opportunity to talk with so many people. I try my best to make each family feel welcome and happy with their stay. We love happy campers!

Why they chose this property

This is a gated friendly family oriented park. Very peaceful. It has a lot of ammenities. Basketball, shuffleboard, 2 pools, game room, ping pong table, fishing lake( catch and release). Trout stream. Horse shoes. A fourth of the owners are full time residents. Please keep your dog on leash at all times and do not trespass on anyone’s property. There is a golf course next door.

With all the ammenities in the resort and the close proximity to the strip in Gatlinburg makes it a great place to be. You’re away from the hustle and bustle and yet your only minutes from everything.
