Located in upscale City of Aventura, this waterfront condo is a marvelous retreat for solo travelers or couples. The peaceful one-bedroom, fully furnished space features a comfortable queen bed with 40" TV set and a large bathroom with a shower. If needed, your overnight quests can enjoy a comfortable, queen size Murphy Bed in the living room. Whether you want to relax indoors or stay active, the fitness room offers a great option. If you want to get connected with your family or work remotely, we have free of charge high speed, fiberoptic internet available and a computer desk. Just bring your own laptop. This condo combines comfort and ease, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Sorry, no pets are permitted on the property. Completion of rental application with $150 fee is required. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
