The 10m² partially roofed terrace provides a table, garden chairs and a barbecue. There is also a small and inviting terrace in front of the apartment. A parking space is provided.

Der Vermieter ist freundlich ist aber mit der Reinigung der Wohnungen überfordert. Jeden Tag müsste wir Heimchen fangen auch zwei Miniskorpione waren in der Wohnung.Liegt wahrscheinlich daran das sie sich in einer Suterrainwohnung wohlfühlen und leichten Zugang haben. Die anderen Wohnungen im Hause seihen okay zu sein. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel somit brauchten wir auch tagsüber immer LIcht.
