OVERLOOK CONDO #21-C-Studio - 1 King -This cozy studio unit is perfect for two guests and features a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-sized bathroom. Thoughtfully furnished by the owners, the space includes all the comforts of home to ensure a relaxing stay. Located just a scenic 6-mile drive from the mountain, the unit is part of Overlook Village, where guests can enjoy a communal hot tub housed in a unique split indoor/outdoor standalone building. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being just down the street from the Raven Golf Club, and history lovers can plan a visit to the Cass Scenic Railroad (seasonal). Whether you're here to relax or explore, this studio offers the perfect home base. This unit is pet-friendly.
PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium-sized, housebroken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
