The house is located at the uppermost row of houses in the northwestern part of Premantura and adjacent to the Woods with free acess directly from the house. Our guests will find peace and quiet even during the high season from July to September, as no tourist facilities such as bars, nightclubs, restaurants etc. are in the neighborhood of the house.
The house is about a 10' to 15' minutes walk away from 2 beautiful beaches.
Premantura - a picturesque town with 450 residents - was first populated in the Bronze Age. It is the southernmost town in Istria. The most popular, famous and legendary indicator of Premantura is the long and narrow peninsula Kamenjak, 9.5 km long and up to 1.5 km wide, which extends like a long arm in the Adriatic. The protected nature reserve Kamenjak encircles a 30 km long coastline which is dotted with numerous coves and beautiful beaches. Its unique beauty is still perfected by the small islands which rise from the crystalline blue-green sea. The village has well-stocked stores, an ambulance and exchange offices. Premantura and its restaurants are known for an extraordinarily rich oyster bar. Of the many events and festivalsthe following two are recommended: The Crab Festival on May 1 and Lovrečevo on August 10, the most important festival, the Saint Lawrence, the patron saint of Premantura.
