DO NOT BOOK HEREBooked this "condo" a couple of weeks ago and allegedly our booking shouldn't have been accepted cause they didnt want to book in the month of May. We never received any communication from this host on check and only found out any information from VRBO customer service.We then had to scramble before our event to find accommodations and missed nearly 2 hours of our concert.This booking is also not in a great area and its more like an apartment than condo

The property was fine for what we needed, beds to sleep in while we worked. Issues were no dish towels or wash cloths for dishes. Towels to dry your hands in the first-floor bathroom. One exit because the back door does not open. Hope you don't have an emergency. We had a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen, but only once. This is definitely a DIY with microwave door not opening because it is too close to the wall and other small issues with doors. If you just need a place to sleep and a kitchen, you are good.

A Vrbo with potential. Sadly it’s unrealized potential. The cleaning crew should be fired immediately. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning and the kitchen cupboards and drawers are filthy. The area behind the condo is a mess. Great potential but unrealized!!

This was truly a mixed experience for us. First off, communication with the host was very rocky from the beginning. It did take a minute for responses from the host but I can’t complain too much. The next thing was the broken things in the home. The bed broke on one of my guests due to there being a lack of screws in the boards. There was also a broken stool with missing screws which was there upon arrival. Other loose screws were found around the home. The house did have its dirty areas such as the vents and the hard, crunchy carpet. The doors and walls could’ve used wiping down. The kitchen did look a little run down as the cabinets were peeling. There was also nothing stocked. We had to go out to buy paper towels and hand soap. We couldn’t start the dishwasher, as in the check in instructions, because there were no pods or even dish soap. Despite those issues, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the home for everyone to stretch out. There were a few games and workout equipment. The host did show up unannounced which kind was odd for me but she was kind. She did warn us not to be fighting outside which later rubbed me the wrong way because the police showed up sooner after stating that someone thought we were inside fighting although we were just playing uno. Like I mentioned before this was truly a mixed experience for us.

Do NOT rent this place. “Luxury” is the most inaccurate description. Every inch of carpet is stained. The cabinets are falling apart. There were bags of trash in the backyard. Every wall needs to be painted. This is NOT a place that should be represented by VRBO. The only redemption is that VRBO gave me a full refund.
