The apartment complex is located in the west of the island above the bay of Playa de Santa Ines, approx. 500 metres from the pebble beach. The flat is about 60 m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with , satellite TV and seating area; two bedrooms with single beds and a double bed respectively; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and dining area as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Free W-LAN is available. The bathroom was completely renovated at the beginning of 2018. In February 2019, the window front of the living room was completely renewed. Hence the different pictures showing the old and new condition of the kitchen and the window front. Mass tourism is far away and yet the island's capital Puerto del Rosaraio, for example, with its airport and wide range of shopping and leisure facilities, is only 30 minutes away by car. For those who love individuality, the Aguas Verdes holiday complex on the idyllic west coast is the perfect place. From here, you can easily explore the island by car, as well as the surrounding area on foot.
