Mona I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I always give my clients entry code on the same day of arrival and I haven’t had any issues. When you sent your text asking about the code that morning, I was really busy cleaning and ensuring everything else is ready for your stay so I wasn’t able to check my phone. As soon as I saw your text I immediately replied let you know that everything is going to be ready by your arrival time, which was also many hours before your arrival. Sorry for your bad experience again, and in the future we will let our guest know the entry code at least 1 day before arrival. Thank you.
