Tily’s place is located just one block from the Main Street so you will be staying in a quiet location that is in walking distance to all of our great shops.
Parkes has two shopping centres with Cole’s just across the street and Woolworths only a few hundred metres away, we have great clubs and pubs so you won’t have to worry about cooking, but if you choose to we have all modern appliances for you.

Tily’s is a 1930’s federation style house that we have carefully renovated to keep its old world charm while adding all of the modern amenities that we expect to see in a prestigious 20th century home.
Built from double brick our home is well insulated and the minute you walk in the door you will feel comfortable.
Our home displays beautiful features such as ornate ceiling’s, lead light windows, window seats and beautiful fireplaces that have been converted to electric so you can have the feel of a wood fire without the hassle of lighting fires.
