Each room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort day and night. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, and the property includes a washer and dryer onsite, ideal for longer stays or family travel.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit, including all indoor living spaces, balconies on both floors, and the washer/dryer onsite. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and easy experience.
HOUSE RULES
We want you to feel at home and enjoy a relaxing stay. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests follow these guidelines:
- Registered guests only — please do not invite additional visitors without prior approval
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbors
- No smoking on the property and especially inside the home (including e-cigarettes or vaping)
- Please treat the home with care, as you would your own
- Turn off AC and lights when not in use to help conserve energy
- Report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The home is located on a hillside above St. George’s, which is what provides the stunning harbor views. This also means there are steps and some elevation, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.
- While the property is walkable to town, the return walk uphill may feel steep for some guests.
- Grenada is a tropical island so there is a good chance you will encounter lizards or other small insects, especially in the evenings. This is completely normal, and the home is professionally cleaned and maintained.
- We strongly recommend getting a rental car with four wheel (all wheel) drive to explore beaches, waterfalls, and other parts of the island.
- Power or water interruptions are rare but can occasionally occur on the island; we appreciate your understanding if this happens.
- Check-in is at 4pm with check-out at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
