Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip mattress cover.
If you remain a guest or checking out on a Sunday, kindly place trash can by street side for Monday AM pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sensitive septic system. Except for natural waste and toilet paper, DO NOT FLUSH anything down the toilet. NOT EVEN FLUSHABLE WIPES or BABY WIPES.
Absolutely no smoking or use of illegal substance in the home. Charge is minimum $200 fee and eviction. You will be charged for deep cleaning.
