Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The electricity, internet, and cable bills weren't paid on time and hadn't been working for some time. Then the lock's battery died, and I waited several hrs for them to come and give me a key. Management then tried to blame the following issues on me. The cleanliness is less than desirable. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. Complete waste of money.

We’re sorry this guest felt this way, but we responded quickly and provided clear troubleshooting steps that were never confirmed as attempted. We sent someone to the property promptly, and the lock was found to be working properly with battery. Cable is not listed as an amenity. The power outage was outside of our control, but we still made every effort to assist as quickly as possible. Clear communication would have helped resolve things much faster.
