This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps 12, is across from the Dragonfly Pool and a quick ride or bike to Camp WaterColor. Your stay includes exclusive access to all of WaterColor's amenities, including the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, multiple resort-style pools, and recreational facilities for basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Plus, with complimentary bikes and a complimentary golf cart, getting around is a breeze!

- The beautifully decorated living room has plenty of seating to entertain the whole family
- Between the living room and the kitchen is the dining area featuring a butler nook perfect for hosting meals with ease
- Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a full gas range, oversized refrigerator, and walk-in pantry. The spacious island offers extra seating, perfect for gathering while meals come together.
- Final stop on this floor is the king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR
- Just up the stairs you will find the TV area with queen sofa sleeper, the perfect hang out spot for the kids.
- Off the TV area is the Twin over Twin bunk room
- Also on this floor is the double queen bedroom with a shared ensuite bathroom.
- The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king bed, spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony furnished with coastal decor.

- We provide a starter kit for everything you ll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- We provide olive oil sticks and salt & pepper to make first meals a breeze.
- Outdoor shower to shake off the sandy beach days
- Washer and dryer is available on the main level.
- Premium bath products. All bathrooms come fully equipped with full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion.
- Parking. Available for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is permitted in private driveways, parallel parking pads, and marked parking spaces throughout the WaterColor property.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Beach chair reservations are recommended in advance - please reach out to us for more details!
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
