I was so pleased with this property. The host was very nice and very quick to respond back. The property truly is a hidden gem. Perfectly accommodated, Very family oriented, super clean. Beautiful home. Loved the neighborhood and location. It was a perfect fit for our needs. Hope this home is a VRBO for many years. I come visit here often and this will always be my rental property. Host had the coolest scavenger hunt game that was super fun and a BIG HIT! Loved the vibe of this house. It is honestly just as the pictures and description describe it. If there was anything that wasn’t perfect… which was hard to fine.. it would be a little traffic noise that was not a problem at all.

The property is beautiful, well equipped, and provided something for everyone in our group. The granddaughters enjoyed the scavenger hunt and games. They enjoyed the bunkbeds and the piano. The decor was lovely with open spaces. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in was smooth and the notebooks with information a bonus. Check out was a breeze with only a couple of housekeeping things to do. We will definitely stay here again!

This home is located in a great neighborhood and exceeds the description on VRBO n the host has taken time and effort to make this home an oasis. The sauna works well and the gym equipment feels brand new. I plan to stay here again next time I am in Richland.

This house was AMAZING. Honestly the pics don't even do it justice. Great location. Clean. HUGE. We came for a wedding so didn't spend a ton of time at the house but I will definitely book it again when we need a larger place to stay. The rooms are all spread out for privacy, the master bedroom is AMAZING. So much space. Huge bathroom. Everything was so clean and easy to find. Communication with the host was great. I will definitely be coming back!

This was a great home to stay at. 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. Nicely decorated with beautiful colors. We had 10 ppl that stayed. 5 of those were kids. Which is the only way it would work as one “bed” was a hide a bed with a very thin mattress on it. So we put some of the kids on it. It would NOT have worked for a couple adults. We couldn’t find any extra sheets anywhere. The owner finally had to send some to us since she couldn’t get ahold of the house manager. The hide a bed had a stray wire that was sticking out several inches on one side of the bed frame. Thankfully the kids didn’t discover it like my daughter in law did. She got a pretty nasty scratch and bruise when pulling the sheets off the morning we were leaving because it wasn’t noticed before. The kitchen was beautiful. However, if you want to cook, you might need to bring some of your own supplies. There was only 1 decent size mixing bowl and no measuring cups or teaspoons to speak of. We loved the master bath. Grandkids really loved the extra large tub and shower!!! The dishwasher detergent door wouldn’t open during cleaning so had to leave it open to be able to get the dishes clean. The grandkids loved the drums and instruments (the adults, not so much). And the games downstairs. The back porches were very nice with comfortable seating. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
