Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave any used towels and bed cloths in the laundry area. Remove left over foods.
Take out trash and put it in the trash cane located outside in the left size of the condominium gate entrance.
Leave the key chain with all keys on the key holder of the kitchen. Turn lights, fans and air conditioning off. Make sure to leave all windows and doors locked. Please send me a text when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
