Each bedroom features a queen size bed, fresh white linens, AC for cooling comfort, and its own private shower, giving every guest privacy and personal comfort.

Our team maintains the property with care and attention. The villa is professionally cleaned before each stay, ensuring a fresh and welcoming arrival every time.

Starlink high speed WiFi provides reliable internet throughout the home and outdoor terrace, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or stay connected with family and friends.

Located in a peaceful residential area of Río San Juan, the villa is close to stunning beaches, local restaurants, grocery stores, Laguna Gri Gri, Playa Grande, Playa Caletón, and many of the area's most popular attractions. Please dispose of any leftover food and place used dishes in sink. We ask that the garden and fruit trees be enjoyed with care and left as found, allowing future guests to have your same experience.

We fell in love with the beauty, tranquility, and warmth of Rio San Juan and envisioned creating a place where family and friends could gather, relax, and make lasting memories. While we are not yet able to enjoy living here full-time, we wanted to share our home with guests who can appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, ocean breezes, and the dream we worked so hard to build. We hope every guest feels welcomed and creates special memories here, just as we do.
