Enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen ideal for home-cooked meals, a dedicated work desk with fast Starlink internet for remote work, and a cozy living area with TV for winding down. The main bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and a calm, restful atmosphere. The second bedroom has a double bed.
Sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the front porch, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend escape, or an extended stay, this home blends historic character with modern comfort for a truly relaxing experience.

The train bundles by at different times. Also due to amount of reviews mentioning the floor. The house was built in the 1930s… there has been a laminate flooring installed that has cracked at the thresholds between some of the doors due to the uneven ness of the house. The floor is safe and solid, it is just cosmetic at this point. I cannot afford to put in new laminate or a new wood floor on top of the old one at this point.

It was a great place to stay and was central to all we wanted to do. The ACs worked great! It is easy to get to. The train was no problem and wasn't distracting at all. The yard and front porch could use a little TLC bit that was ok. We would definitely stay here again. It's an adorable house with lots of amenities conducive to a long term stay!

Very clean house and perfect for our stay in Trinity. We had a couple of issues, texted the host, she sent someone over in a couple of hours and everything was taken care of. There were some flooring issues, some cracks though out the house but not deal breaker. Pet friendly, big back yard. House was in close proximity of were we needed to go so very convenient. House was very comfortable, AC was great! Thanks for having us.

Thank you for staying! Yes it’s very pet friendly, we like to know the pets are coming so we can make sure to have the back gates secured. The flooring is cracked at the thresholds due to the previous owner putting laminate over wood floors in a 1930s house that breathes. It’s not structural, just slightly unsightly. We aren’t often a convenient location, but when we are it counts! It was no problem to send someone over to change the batteries in the remotes and set up the Roku we didn’t know wasn’t configured yet.

Originally from Nevada I have been in Texas for 15 years and especially enjoy small East Texas towns. I had to move for a job but wanted to keep my cute house, thanks for renting it out so I can afford to keep it till I can come back and retire there!

I bought this house in this neighborhood because it’s cute and central to downtown Trinity. I enjoy the train going by and all the nature trees.
