A very quiet and safe neighborhood. 7 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip but it feels away from the noise of Las Vegas. 4.6 miles from the International Airport T1. 4.7 miles T3. 5.9 miles from the Allegiant Stadium. 6.8 miles to T Móvil Arena. As you can see, the house minutes away from any point of interest.

What makes this property unique

The house is impeccable. Recently renovated. Last house of the street, in a cul-de-sac. No neighbors in the back nor on the right side of the house. Plenty of parking spot. Minutes away from Las Vegas Strip, but far enough to relax and enjoy as a family.
