Very nice condo with gorgeous views of water and golf course from the screened porch. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms, with back bedroom having the same lovely view. Dining area and eat in kitchen also. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Great location close to UTC Mall, the new Mote Aquarium, the Ringling grounds with house and museums. Many restaurants close by, along with Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Short drive to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. Pool just steps away. Assigned parking

The condo overlooks Palm Aire CC golf course and lake, beautiful views. Lots of greenery and many people walk morning and night. Peaceful, safe, close to airport, but no jet noise. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The views are great and the condo is nicely decorated and well maintained.
