Comfortable vacation apartment with a balcony and magnificent views

A warm welcome to the Himbrechtsöd Farm! Our farm is situated in a quiet and sunny location at 560 meters above sea level, about 4 kilometers from the town center of Waidhofen an der Ybbs. We run our farm according to organic guidelines, raising cows with their calves and managing our forests. Discover the magnificent natural scenery and the meadows and pastures that surround us. The apartment features a double bedroom, a shower, and a toilet. The entryway includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink. Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and hills from the balcony. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is also a TV, and you can use Wi-Fi for free. Final cleaning is included in the price, and free parking is available on-site. Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. You are also welcome to pay the total amount in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. The local tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the overnight tax.
