Parking: 2 Vehicles Max (parking for two in the driveway; golf carts count as a vehicle).

No street parking.



Other Things to Note & House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

No smoking.

No parties or events.

Pets Not Allowed.

The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



What We Provide:

Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.

All bedding linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).



Cancellation Policy: Guest receives a full refund (less a $250.00 cancellation fee) if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
