Clean property; as described. Safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance from coffee, pizza, wine bar, grocery, farmers market. Enjoyed easy travel to Boston and Salem. A great stay!

Great stay; clean; walking distance to many restaurants & were able to uber back & forth to Salem which I highly recommend since cost of parking is a minimum of 50 or higher anyway in downtown Salem so uber is the way to go otherwise you'd have to take 2 different public transits with a 2 hour travel time versus a 35 minute uber with traffic. We had a wonderful time.

We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning which were no fault of the property owner. Emily was quick to respond and attempt to rectify the situation. The property is exactly what you see in photos. It was perfect for our visit to the Boston/Salem area. Downtown Melrose was a nice and had some great restaurants. It was easy to get around and Emily’s recommendations were spot on.

This large 2-bedroom house was in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, a local park, T station and off street parking. Easy walk to the main street which has some shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable for 4 friends. The upstairs bedroom had a bathroom, twin bed, queen bed, trundle bed and a pull out sofa. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were steep but there are ample handrails. First floor bedroom has king size bed and is near the full bathroom. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the living room is also a large space with 2 couches and a chair. The front porch has a little table and 2 chairs for enjoying relaxing outdoor time. There is an upstairs tenant that we never saw or heard. Great place for traveling to local sites in Gloucester, Salem or Boston.
