A beautiful 4 bed Gite located in the lovely French countryside on the borders of the Charente and Charente Maritime. This is a refined French countryside retreat designed for families and friends to come together in comfort and style. Set amid peaceful rural surroundings, this beautifully restored gîte offers an ideal balance of authentic French charm and modern luxury, making it perfect for multi-generational stays.

The property features 4 beautiful bedrooms, all with blackout blinds and comfortable beds with quality bed linen, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge, in total sleeping up to 10 people
The living areas are spacious and thoughtfully designed allowing everyone to relax together or find space to enjoy quiet moments of privacy.

Traditional character blends seamlessly with contemporary comforts, ensuring a warm and elegant atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Outdoors you can enjoy our lovely garden with lawned areas and beautiful flower beds, or you can cool off in the large in-ground swimming pool, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, and why not relax at night in the stylish firepit area made comfortable with cushions and throws, chat drink wine or simply gaze at the star filled night sky? Our outdoor undercover barn area is also a great place to gather and savour the tranquil setting which invites long shared meals outdoors, relaxed afternoons, and memorable evenings spent reconnecting.

There is plenty to do in the area too, from a visit to the lovely lake beaches nearby, visiting the quaint market towns, or days out in Cognac, Bordeaux or Saint Emillion famous for its Cognac and red wine!
Jonzac is also only a short car journey away, a pretty town with shops and supermarkets and the Antilles a fantastic swimming complex.
The coast is only about an hour away and the small but lovely medieval town of Talmont is well worth a visit, known as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a family holiday, or simply seeking a peaceful escape, this Gîte offers a welcoming, high-end home base from which to experience the beauty and all that the local area has to offer.

Do not take or use glass to the pool area, (non glass drinking glasses are provided), and avoid taking anything in the pool that may damage the liner
