The holiday home is located about 1,350 metres from Friedrichstadt, south of the Treene River, next to the owner’s bungalow. It’s an ideal location for holidaymakers with dogs, which are welcome upon request. This half of the holiday home was renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern, comfortable country style for guests. It’s an ideal starting point for beautiful day trips. Discover the Dutch settlement of Friedrichstadt, nestled in the river landscape between the Eider and Treene rivers. The surrounding moorland and forest scenery are perfect for anglers, canoeists, hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. The Eider Barrage, Tönning, St. Peter-Ording, or Westerhever—with its lighthouse and sandbar—as well as Husum are great destinations for day trips and beach holidays. Day trips to the Halligen and the North Frisian islands of Sylt, Amrum, Föhr, and Pellworm are offered regularly.

Our half of this holiday home, nestled close to nature, was completely renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern, comfortable country style for our guests.
It features two bedrooms, a large living room with a sleeper sofa, and a spacious dining area. The living room opens onto a wooden deck with a view across the vast fields. The high-quality kitchen is equipped to meet a wide range of needs. Another deck offers a relaxing view of the Treene River. From here, you can enjoy the sunsets and, later in the evening, starlit nights.
The first bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, and a TV. The living and dining room features a cosy sitting area and a dining area. The sofa can be folded out into a comfortable sleeper sofa if needed.
The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, and a comfortable sink.
An iron, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are provided in a small, separate storage room.
Pets are allowed only upon request.
