With three full bathrooms featuring a relaxing bathtub and handy hair dryer, getting ready is a breeze. An additional office space is perfect for remote working. It has a small sofa that doubles as a twin bed. This welcoming home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 teens/children. Maximum capacity is 8 people at any given time in the home. This is a smoke free environment. No smoking, no pets, no parties/gatherings. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As a reminder, check-out is at 11am. Our cleaning crew will arrive with access to the home at this time, and your entry code will be deactivated. Ensure each TV remote is in its designated room
• Place all the dirty towels on the floor in the laundry room downstairs. • Collect all garbage and place in the OUTSIDE trash can near the garage. • Ensure the thermostat is between 68-70 degrees.
• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. • Trash all food items in refrigerator or take it with you. • Please turn off all lights. Close & lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No gatherings on the front porch, or hanging in the front yard.
No loud music.
No gatherings of any kind. Maximum capacity is 8 people.

Our house is beautifully manicured with a large front and back yard and an extended driveway. It sits on a cul de sac, so there is very minimal car traffic.
