About this property

House NAUTILUS - Peace and luxury awaits you in the holiday home "Nautilus".

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with an open, very well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room, with a clear view of the greenery, offers you plenty of entertainment with a flat-screen maxi TV, DVD, CD and MP3 player. On cold days, the fireplace provides cozy warmth. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with a double bed. Whatever the weather, you can enjoy the infrared cabin (3 people) or the barrel sauna (4 people) and the outdoor shower (only in frost-free temperatures) in the garden. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Another bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet awaits you on the upper floor. The bathtub is right in front of a large window and offers you a great view over the fields to the water.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The utility room with washing machine is also on the ground floor.

You can enjoy the sun in the beautiful garden, where garden furniture, loungers, a beach chair, a garden house and a barbecue await you!

A high chair is available for younger guests. Children's travel cot can be rented from PAS.

A parking space directly at the house, additional public parking spaces on the property.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub auf der Insel Poel und in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir haben Ruhe und Erholung gesucht und eine unglaubliche Stille in Weitendorf vorgefunden. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Ich habe nur 4 Sterne bei der Sauberkeit gegeben. Auf den ersten Blick war im Haus alles pickobello, auf den zweiten Blick sah es so aus als dass das Haus nicht so häufig bewohnt wird und sich das in den Ecken und an bestimmten Stellen bemerkbar gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Wirklich alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Kritik nicht, weil sie dafür nichts können, aber man konnte die Sauna draußen am Abend nicht benutzen, weil sich vor der Tür wirklich Riesen spinnen aufgehalten haben, wovor jeder Respekt hatte.

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt es war alles super, Haus und Einrichtung gut, in den Betten haben wir wie auf Wolke 7 geschlafen. Brötchenservice hat sehr gut geklappt waren immer frisch und weich. Die Insel Poel ist es wert dort Urlaub zu machen.

Wir haben ein paar sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und Komfort durch 2 Bäder und viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, genug Stauraum, Kamin und Wellness mit Sauna- und Infrarotkabine. Der Check-in ging fix, die Mitarbeiter im Büro waren super herzlich und freundlich. Auch im Vorfeld der Anreise wurden wir per Mail super über alles informiert. Top auch die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster! Im Sommer sicher absolut notwendig! Kleine Anregung noch zum Thema Beleuchtung: Im Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten fehlen Nachtischbeleuchtungen. Und eine bessere Auswahl an Leuchtmittel, z.B. in der sehr schönen Esstischlampe könnte für eine deutlich schöne Atmosphäre sorgen. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir leider trotzdem vergeben, denn auch wenn das Haus grundsätzlich bei Anreise sauber war (Küche und Kücheninventar, Bäder und frisch und sauber bezogene Betten), so hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Haus mehr als ein paar Monate keine Grundreinigung mehr gesehen hat. Ländliche Atmosphäre und Nebensaison hin oder her - die Fenster wenigstens einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt worden, Wasserhähne stark verkalkt, die Fassade des Hauses voll mit Spinnweben, die Sandkiste war leider in keinem dollen Zustand mehr. Für den Gesamteindruck ist das ein großer Dämpfer, zu mal all dies nichts ist, was man nicht ändern könnte.

Um auf der Terrasse entspannt sitzen zu können ist ein Sonnenschutz, wie ein Sonnenschirm, notwendig. Den gab es leider nicht. Ab dem frühen Nachmittag, war eine Benutzung der Terrasse leider nur bedingt möglich. Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen!
