Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 2022 erbauten Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2024 renoviert und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Bei diesem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine familienfreundliche und romatische Unterkunft. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartenmöbel.
