Comfortable vacation apartment (40 m²) in a new eco-friendly wooden house with a large terrace

A cosy, comfortable, and lovingly furnished holiday rental with 40 square metres of living space is located in our new organic wood house. Our house is perfect for a wonderful, relaxing holiday any time of year, even for the whole family. You’ll find a spacious living area with a cosy sitting area, flat-screen satellite TV, radio/CD player, clock radio, and a small dining nook with two chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a small ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and refrigerator, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The small, romantic bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses and bedding, beautiful linens, a large closet, and a mirror. In the bathroom, you’ll find a large walk-in shower with glass doors, a toilet, bathroom vanity with sink, a large mirror, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, plenty of hand and bath towels, and dressing gowns. The spacious entryway is equipped with a coat rack. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace with patio furniture—the perfect place to wind down in the evenings. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking; the balance is due before arrival via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is due in cash upon key pickup. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
