The house is located in a terraced area on a slope, from which you have a beautiful panoramic view of the blue sea. The house consists of a first floor and a second floor and a beautiful roof terrace with sundeck and pool. The entrance to the house is located at the back of the building, where there are two parking spaces. The garden is fenced and is located on the same level as the first floor, where there is a bedroom with private bathroom. In the garden there is a brick barbecue with space for outdoor meals. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. On the roof terrace you will find a poolside lounge area and a sun deck with sun loungers. All interior and exterior details and features have been carefully designed to make your stay one of tranquility, enjoyment and relaxation. The pebble beach is about 300 meters away and within walking distance. There are many possibilities for an active vacation by the water. Njivice is a place with the best restaurants on the island. Discover the rich history and cultural heritage of the island of Krk, enjoy wakeboarding in Punat, go-kart track in Krk, promenades, viewpoints, hiking and biking trails. Swim on the beautiful beaches, visit Vrbnik, the island of Ko?ljun, taste the flavors of traditional island specialties and visit the nearby wineries.
