House Rules:
All guests must always follow these rules. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and must stay on premises for entire booking. No unregistered guests that are not on the booking.
SMOKING: NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house or on the premises. If there’s any smell inside of the home, our cleaners will charge a $250 remediation fee to clean out the smell which we will pass on to you.
NO PARTIES or EVENTS: Unauthorized parties or events will receive a $1,000 fine.
If there are any issues, please let us know right away.
HVAC systems are set to a minimum of 70 degrees in the summer and 78 degrees in the winter. This keeps our units from freezing.
Your booking includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and basic toiletries. All the supplies stay with the home.
GRILL: If a gas grill is provided at the home you rent, please use the cleaning supplies and brush provided to clean up after use. Please do not use wood or coal in it. If you run out of propane, please notify us
CHECK IN: Self check-in starts at 4pm.
CHECK OUT: To let us know you’re out, please send us a message through the app or text us. Checkout is STRICTLY 10:00 A.M. Unapproved late checkouts will be assessed a fee of $100 per hour. Please understand that we have to coordinate with our cleaners and we expect them to be there at 10am.
CLEANING: If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the home in, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed depending on the severity of the damage
DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for incidents during your stay. Children are welcome but our home is not child proof. It is your responsibility to care for your children.
GUEST/OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The occupancy limit for this property is posted on the listing website. We must comply with local safety laws. Any additional guests above the occupancy limit on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. No unregistered guests/pets.
LAWN SERVICE: Is typically done weekly depending on weather and our servicer’s schedule. Please do not be alarmed if you see someone maintaining the front and backyard. Service generally takes between 30 - 60 minutes.
LOST & FOUND: We will automatically hold onto anything we find left behind for up to 2 weeks after your stay. Contact us right away if you are missing anything. If we have it, we will coordinate how to get it back to you. If it is an item you do not want back, let us know so we can make note of that.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am. (Sorry, we hate this rule too. On the bright side, you don’t have to whisper but no partying either. We don’t want neighbors to complain and ruin your day.)
PARKING: Park in your designated area. Do not park in a neighbor’s driveway or block their parking. We are not responsible for any towing fees. Please do not park on the grass. Pay close attention to street sweeping signs.
PET RULES:
(For dog friendly homes) The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting dogs. ** Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
Guests are expected to pick up all dog poop right away/daily. Especially in shared areas out of courtesy for others. No one likes to accidentally step on dog poop. We do not provide dog supplies so please bring your own so that your dogs are comfortable. Dogs are not to be left unattended for long periods of time. Dogs must be leashed when outside of the home and in shared spaces for the safety of others
TRASH: Please use bins outside your home to dispose of trash. Trash will be emptied weekly via curbside service.
INSECTS: In Georgia and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see insects and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible.
MISCELLANEOUS:
-Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Not even flushable wipes.
-Do not rearrange indoor and outdoor furniture. It is suggested to turn off outdoor lights when not in use. It helps to not attract unwanted bugs. Keeping doors shut whenever possible will help keep out bugs and critters.
-No glitter or confetti.
