Quiet, idyllic 4-room apartment, 81 sqm, with parking, spoiled with wonderful panoramic views. The modern floor plan is flooded with light, was modernized in 2018 and stylishly furnished. It is extensively equipped and suitable for longer vacations. Perfect for 2-4 persons. A large garden invites you to linger. Hiking and cycling paths are directly in front of the house. Erholung, Wanderungen, Kultur

Tolle, individuelle Wohnung mit Sicht auf Schramberg im 2.OG. Perfekte Modalitäten von persönlichem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe, Nutzung des Gartens bis hin zu umfassenden Infos zu Wanderungen und Highlights in der Nähe (Burgen, Museen, Ortsgeschichte) und Ferne (Tagesausflugsziele), all das bereits schon vor Anreise. Auch Hinweise auf Gastronomie waren Teil der Unterstützung. Wir haben von der ersten Minute an eine schöne Zeit im Schwarzwald verlebt und das besonders durch den Service eines sehr, sehr aufmerksamen, verbindlichen Gastgebers mit einer tollen Wohnung. Herzlichem Dank.

für entspannte, erholsame Urlaubstage sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine geräumige und komfortable, sehr geschmackvoll und individuell gestaltete Ferienwohnung, in jeder Hinsicht gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat uns von der Buchung bis zur Abreise immer großzügig mit Informationen versorgt und den Aufenthalt aus der Ferne freundlich begleitet. Der große Garten bietet verschiedene schöne Möglichkeiten zum Aufenthalt im Freien. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung.

...über die gute Bewertung von Frau Dr. Bosch haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Dieses Kompliment geben wir sehr gerne zurück. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Dr. Bosch war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung wurde in einem sehr guten Zustand übergeben. Alle Regeln bzw. Vereinbarungen wurden vollständig eingehalten. Gerne beherbergen wir Frau Dr. Bosch und Ihre Reisebegleitung erneut, sollte noch einmal ein Urlaub im Schwarzwald erwogen werden. Wir kommen wieder

Ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad, ruhiges Haus mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Ein Hinweis: zwischen der Küche und den beiden Wohnzimmern ist keine Tür, es gibt nur einen Vorhang zwischen den beiden Wohnzimmern. Wenn bei 4 Bewohnern das Schlafsofa genutzt wird, könnte das stören. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, man kann direkt loswandern. Der Anstieg vom Ort ist etwas steil, aber nach ein paar Tagen Training sind wir da besser hoch gekommen. Dafür hat man Aussicht über das Tal und vom Klofenster sieht man sogar eine kleine Burgruine. Die direkte Umgebung ist ruhig, allerdings hört man bei offenem Fenster die Bundesstraße im Tal. Aber das ist in den engen Schwarzwaldtälern überall ähnlich. Schramberg ist angenehm untouristisch, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zu der Fußgängerzone läuft man etwa 15 Minuten.

Black Forest Fun

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf unseres Aufenthalts. Schlüsselübergabe ging einwandfrei über die sehr freundliche Wohnungsbetreuerin. Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Plus Terrasse im Garten mit Gasgrill, super. Ganz ruhige Umgebung mit netten Nachbarn im Haus. Guter Kontakt auch mit dem Vermieter. Kann dieses Objekt als Urlaubsziel nur weiter empfehlen. Richard and Thomas waren außerordentlich nette Gäste, die ich sehr gerne erneut beherbergen würde. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Abstimmung verlief zuverlässig und unkompiliziert. Wenngleich wir nur schriftlich und telefonisch kommuniziert haben, war der Kontakt sehr sympathisch. Richard und Thomas haben die Wohnung tip top aufgeräumt und sauber übergeben. Alle Absprachen wurden eingehalten. Anderen Gastgebern kann ich die Beiden bestens empfehlen. Es freut mich sehr, das wir auch in Zeiten von Corona das Vertrauen in unsere Hygienesorgfalt bekommen haben. Ich wünsche Richard und Thomas alles Gute und freue mich, wenn sie noch einmal unsere Gäste sind und ich sie persönlich vor Ort kennenlernen kann. Best Howard

Tolles Quartier in der Junghans-Stadt

Sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtete, hervorragend ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Besonders hervorzuheben vielfältige Informationen in der Wohnung und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Die Wohnung wurde bestens behandelt und beim check-out aufgeräumt und sauber übergeben.
