War alles soweit in Ordnung. Sauberkeit Übergabe per Safe hat funktioniert.
In der ersten Woche haben wir alleine im Haus gewohnt alles sehr ruhig.
Dann ist eine Familie mit zwei Kindern eingezogen über uns. Haus sehr hellhörig allerdings konnten Kinder auch nur durch die Wohnung rennen. Damit war es mit der Erholung vorbei. Vermieter angeschrieben wollte sich darum kümmern und Familie ansprechen.
Hat er bestimmt getan würden Objekt trotzdem nicht mehr buchen, da wirklich alles zu hören war selbst Toiletenspülung.

Schade, dass Sie sich von den Mietern im OG gestört fühlten. W
Wir hatten selbst in den vergangenen Tagen die Gelegenheit die Gegebenheiten vor Ort zu überprüfen - die Familie im OG war noch da, wir konnten keine hellhörige Geräuschübertragung feststellen. Natürlich hatten wir die Familie nach Ihrer Mitteilung auf die Notwendigkeit der gegenseitigen Rücksichtnahme hingewiesen. Die Wohnung im OG wurde in 2020 inkl Fußböden komplett saniert.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben.
Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir das Umland bequem erkunden und haben schon viel aber längst noch nicht alles angeschaut.
Die Kommunikation mit Fam. Simon verlief völlig unproblematisch und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
