Prior to Arrival & Check-in:
A passport photo is required for every guest before arrival.
Fingerprint registration is mandatory at check-in for building access.
Occupancy & Guests:
Occupancy: 2 guests standard (additional guests incur a $10/night fee).
Maximum overall occupancy limit: 4 guests. Over-limit occupancy will result in vacating the property.
All guests must be declared in the reservation. Undeclared guests incur a US$20/night fee.
No unannounced visitors or surprise visits are allowed. Only registered guests may enter the building.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Property Use & Conduct:
No parties or events.
No loud music or loud speakers at any time, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Hookahs are also prohibited. Violations will result in confiscation of items and potential expulsion.
Maintain respectful behavior in all building areas.
No bathing suits or shirtless attire in hallways, stairs, or elevators.
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment ($200 fee).
Fees & Charges:
Lost keys/remotes/keycards: US$50.00 charge.
Stained/damaged towels/linens: US$30.00-US$100 fee per item.
Excessively dirty apartment: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is left significantly beyond a courteous standard (e.g., dirty dishes, excessive trash, stains).
Late check-out: US$50.00 for 30 minutes to 2 hours; after 2 hours, an additional day`s charge applies (no extended possession granted, this is a penalty).
General & Access:
All guests must comply with Torre Monaco XII Residences condominium policies and Airbnb`s Terms of Service, and provide a valid phone number.
Social areas are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (no loud music).
By addressing a complaint, you authorize the host to access the property to resolve, fix, or clean issues to your required standards without further permission.
Violation of these rules may lead to booking cancellation and immediate removal from the property without refund.
