Spanning just over 80 square metres, it features a hallway, an open-concept kitchen with a table, a small bathroom (shower/toilet), a living room with a dining table and two double sofa beds, a bedroom with a double bed (open-plan room), and a second bedroom with a double bed (no additional window), connected via a combination of glass door and window (Bedroom 1 was originally one of the villa’s many verandas).
